Visibility was good, but growth depended on defending demand while expanding into service-led and industry terms, without being diluted by AI answers. Track ChatGPT and AI Overviews as core KPIs. Engineer entities, schema and snippet formats so Vorboss is cited, and clicked, when AI condenses results. Outpace competitors on AI Share of Voice to protect discovery.

The Challenge

Vorboss delivers ultra-fast business connectivity across London, now paired with managed IT and cybersecurity. Visibility was good, but growth depended on defending demand while expanding into service-led and industry terms, without being diluted by AI answers. They needed a simple plan: win intent, structure for AI, and make every visit count.

The Strategy

We worked backwards from customer need. First, a Priority-1 keyword sitemap covering managed IT, cybersecurity and industry pages; then a long-form content audit to identify authority gaps and question-led topics. We fixed cannibalisation and designed an internal-linking pattern that concentrates equity on revenue pages. In parallel, we introduced ChatGPT and AI Overview tracking, targeted Featured Snippets/People Also Ask, and benchmarked a comparison page to differentiate on performance, reliability and coverage. Technical SEO, link building and reporting continued throughout.

Execution

The playbook is simple: earn the right to rank, then make the next step obvious. For Vorboss we aligned the site to buyer intent, removed internal friction, and built presence across classic SERPs and AI results. Before working with InkDigital:

  • Vorboss ranked across key terms, but non-branded clicks were thin as AI features reduced CTR. Architecture and content overlapped in places, limiting authority flow. AI surfaces were under-measured, masking brand presence inside LLM answers.

After working with InkDigital:

  • We re-mapped intent, refreshed content, consolidated overlaps and tightened internal links. Mobile visibility rose to 5.3% and desktop to 4.1% across 449 keywords; the portfolio of top-3 rankings expanded materially. We established AI tracking and gained ground on AI Share of Voice.
